Santa Rosa Junior College waives the Transcript Fee for official transcripts for the first two ever ordered. Subsequent transcripts are $5.00 each. (Processing and Delivery fees of $3.50-$4.50 per transcript will apply to all orders). Pick up service is available for an additional $5.00. Transcript requests are typically processed in 3-5 business days.

Unofficial transcripts may be obtained via the Student Portal (www.santarosa.edu/portal) or in-person with a photo ID at no charge. Unofficial Transcripts are not available for records prior to Fall 1981. For records prior to Fall 1981, you will have to order an Official Transcript.

INCOMING

Official transcripts of all previous schooling should be sent directly to the Admissions and Records Office for evaluation.  In-person submittals of official transcripts will only be accepted if delivered in a sealed envelope from the issuing institution.  Transcripts will be evaluated after the student submits the Transfer Credit Evaluation Form available online.  All transcripts become part of each student’s permanent SRJC record and will not be released to other institutions or third parties.
