The Tutorial Centers on the Santa Rosa and the Petaluma campuses are student-centered learning places where tutoring is offered FREE OF CHARGE to SRJC students needing assistance with coursework in many subject areas, at all academic levels. This tutorial assistance is provided by Instructional Assistants, faculty who are experts in their subject areas and by knowledgeable students who have been recommended by instructors and have not only succeeded in the courses they tutor, but enjoy helping others succeed. You don’t need to have academic challenges or hurdles to overcome to use the Tutorial Centers. Many scholars use it to maintain A and B averages.

In Santa Rosa, the Tutorial Center is located in Doyle Library, Room 151. Hours are Monday - Thursday, 8:00 am - 7:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am - 3:00 pm, and Saturday-Sunday, 11:00 am-5:00 pm. In Petaluma the Tutorial Center is located at the Mahoney Reading Room. Hours are Monday - Wednesday, 9:00 am - 7:00 pm, Thursday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, Friday 10:30 am - 4:00 pm.
